Arnold Jeffries is a highly potential member of Asparada. His connection, if true, has not yet been established. However, he has connections to the Halliwell siblings. Arnold was rescued by Petergof several years prior to Petergof's time traveling, and ever since Arnold has been a welcome member of the Halliwell family. He tried his best to protect Patrina in Petergof's absence, but his uneasiness with his own powers made him useless and a liability. When Patrina traveled back in time to Petergof, Arnold followed. He soon after regretted his decision, as he discovered the hard way that his feelings for Petergof could not be reciprocated. Arnold now stays close to Patrina, trying to help Petergof keep her safe while fighting his own personal demons.
